Requirements:
* Qualifications:
* Basic:
Proficiency in both writhen and spoken Chinese, proficiency in English. Literate in basic computer skill.
* General:
Independent, Telecomm engineering experience, excellent problem solving, analytical and management skills, excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills, and be familiar with subcons Indonesia.
* Competencies:
Good knowledge in administrative and secretary and have minimum 3 years experience in the commercial / outsourcing field.
Responsibilities:
* Manage project outsourcing affairs, which include:
- Subcontractor manage during project implementation
- Support PM to resolve all the relevant outsourcing issue
- PR/PO manage
- Keep trace for progress of PO payment
- Outsourcing purchase support
- Organize to evaluate Subcon’s performance
